Company Profile

Since 1985, CRS Management has been managing rental apartments in the Chicagoland area.  Also business and personal accounting services, including tax return preparation and payroll processing, are offered on a limited basis.  CRS Management is a licensed real estate broker since 1984, and continues to maintain it's license in the State of Illinois.  The company is operated by Celine and Richard Schroeder.  They have both been involved in the rental real estate industry since 1985.  References are available upon request.
